The beach Praia Grande de Pera is located in the Algarve  between Armacao de Pera and Albufeira in concelho of Silves .

This beach is very popular with bathers due to the nearly two miles long of sandy and clean, open landscape and urban image.

Usually has a calm sea excellent for swimming practice and also for families as children can develop in a safe environment.

As a wide beach with few people is common practice nudism.
