Pão de Rala - The origin of this cake is associated to the legend that
tells about visit of young D. Sebastião to the Convento de Santa Helena
do Calvário, in Évora. This delicious dessert is very appreciated in
Alentejo and there are different variations of the recipe, from region
to region.
